May I get the ebook of "An Introduction to Solid Modeling (M. Mantyla)" or Parametric and Feature-based CAM/CAM (J. Shah, M. Mantyla)

Hi Bros. I try to do some works of CAD/CAM, I'm lacking of relevant theoretical knowledge. I try to build my knowledge frame.

I have read Quaoar's blog : Read What , and find the books for sever days. I get "The NURBS BOOK" translate in Chinese. If you need, I can send you(it's too large too update here).
However, there have no way for me to get the "An Introduction to Solid Modeling (M. Mantyla)" and Parametric and Feature-based CAM/CAM (J. Shah, M. Mantyla).

So I can only try to get eBook from web.
If can get your advice is my fortunate.

Well I got mine from Amazon and the one from Mantyla made the long trip through the US where it was picked up by a guy who brought it to my place

@Quaoar Thanks for you suggestion, I not sure is Amazon can arrival China, I will try it, the new book sell $227 is too expensive for me, the used book is more friend to me. (ಡωಡ)
